great base for 1 night. a huge variety of goodies for breakfast. convenient position next to the restaurant, sevan lake, and the park, and warm room. also, close to the beach.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

the room is newly decorated and reasonably large and essentials you need, including a flat-screen tv with satellite channels, a refrigerator and coffee/tea making machines, is right there.

The hotel rooms are clean and recently renovated, and the staff is friendly, making for an enjoyable stay, and the restaurant offers a unique dining experience.

A lot of GOOD options for meal. Central heating, multi-channel TV and a fridge in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Comfortable location close to the beach, good for visiting Sevan. So close to the surrounding area as well as the Supermarket.

The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast selection with a variety of options, including fresh fruits, muesli, and pastries. The bungalow itself was well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the free Wi-Fi and good sound insulation were a bonus. The hotel staff were friendly and cute, always ready to assist us with any requests or questions we had. The location was also convenient, with the beach just a short distance away. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful holiday experience.

Although the hotel provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, we did experience some minor inconveniences. The lack of a bedside table and a shelf for cosmetics in the bathroom was a drawback for us.

We booked a room with roll-in showers and the hotel was conveniently located near the surrounding area and Sevan lake.

The hotel had a convenient location near the lake, with clean and cozy rooms. the yard was well-maintained and had a pleasant view. the hotel staff was friendly and attentive, making for a good service experience.

The hotel lacked adequate restaurant facilities and professional staff, leading to underwhelming dining experiences.

Enjoyable Stay in Armenia:

I recently had a business trip to Armenia, and I stayed at this accommodation. The highlight of my stay was the well-furnished and clean rooms with beautiful decorations. they had a great restaurant that serves delicious food, and I loved their Armenian traditional dish. , the location was quite accessible and within walking distance to the lake, which is an excellent excursion spot.

I had a few misfortunes during my stay. the bathroom was quite small, and the water drainage was poor.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a cozy territory that had sun beds, a playground, a small swimming pool, and even a place to light a fire. The hotel was also close to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the lake. We were happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and really appreciated the free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly and hospitable and always ready to help us with our transportation needs.
